Chi Zeta Theta Sorority, Inc. takes pride in its members and we are always willing to bring in wonderful
additions to our organization. A good applicant would be someone who can be themselves! We’re looking
for women from all walks of life who believe that there is a lack of unity and positivity amongst plus size
women. Of course you should be trustworthy, loyal and dedicated. There are so many wonderful qualities
we look for. Membership is by invitation only.
Below are standard requirements for membership:
- Must be a female at least 18 years of age
- Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent. Enrollment in a college or university is not required.
- Must have the ability to work with others of diverse personalities and backgrounds.
- Must agree to pay annual membership fees.
- Must fully understand and believe the vision of Chi Zeta Theta Sorority and represent the organization with
pride, respect and professionalism.
- Must be willing to participate in sorority events and fulfill community service requirements
- Must be a member and remain active in the official interest group of Chi Zeta Theta Sorority, Inc., the Que-
Tee Network
- It is not a requirement to be a woman of size to be a part of our sisterhood. You must a complete
application, interviews and our membership intake program successfully.
- Must not be a member (active or inactive) of any other plus size sorority.
As an interest, here are some points you should consider
- Review all information from our national website
- Complete and submit interest application on our website
- Once interest application is received and reviewed, you will get an invitation to join the official
interest/member network of Chi Zeta Theta Sorority, Inc. (Please add czt@chizetatheta.com to your address
book to avoid your invitation being sent to your bulk mail.
- Follow all instructions once in the network for possibly receiving an official membership application
- Contact active members, especially in your area
- If events or members are in your area, make sure to attend events and return all e-mails and phone calls
promptly
